Air Fryer Maple-Teriyaki Glazed Pork Chops

  • 2 6 oz New York pork chops

  • 2/3 cup pineapple juice

  • ¼ cup less-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic

  • 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion, plus more for garnish

  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger

  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper, plus more for garnish


  1. To a gallon resealable bag, add all ingredients. Seal bag and shake to combine. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
  2. Preheat an air fryer to 360 degrees. Discarding marinade, transfer chops to a cutting board. Season with salt and black pepper, if desired, then lightly coat with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange chops in fryer basket with a little room between them. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F, about 15 minutes. Transfer chops to a plate and let rest 3 minutes. Serve garnished with green onion and red pepper.
