Ingredients
Before we get cooking, here’s everything you need. Check items off as you go — at home or in the store.
Directions
- In a bowl, combine ground pork with lemongrass, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic and sugar (if using). Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to allow flavors to marinate.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, spray with cooking spray. Add seasoned ground pork and cook, breaking up, until cooked through and beginning to caramelize. Pork should reach an internal temperature of 160° F. Remove from heat.
- Fold in carrots, radishes and chilies (if using). Serve warm with bibb lettuce leaves.
NOTE: For a more complete meal, serve with white or brown rice.
