Ingredients

Directions
- Preheat the grill to 400-450°F. Put an oven safe skillet on grill to preheat.
- Lightly oil the hot skillet with cooking spray and add the breakfast sausage. Use a spatula or spoon to break the sausage into crumbles and cook, stirring occasionally about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, fry eggs until yolk and whites are firm and the internal temperatures reaches 160 degrees and set aside.
- Use a rolling pin or fingers to flatten each of the biscuits. Place the flattened biscuits in the skillet, working in batches as needed to not overcrowd the pan. Cook for 3–4 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown. Flip and top each with roughly 1/4 cup of cheese and evenly distribute cooked breakfast sausage between the biscuits. Cook for another 3–4 minutes, until the biscuits are cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- Top each with a fried egg, sliced tomatoes, and garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
